Justin called in advance of our scheduled appt. to ensure it was still a good time, which I appreciated. He arrived timely and identified quickly the problem with our plumbing system. He replaced the expansion tank which was quite corroded and no longer serving its purpose, causing a shuddering or rapid hammering noise upon running the water via the outdoor spigots, toilets or showers/tubs. Justin is personable, knowledgeable and courteous. We recommend Fortier's Plumbing and will call upon him again, should we encounter another plumbing issue.
