Northern Temp LLC describes itself on its website as a family-owned company offering HVAC, geothermal, plumbing, water quality and indoor air quality work. A recent customer called one afternoon about a heat pump problem and said Josh solved it over the phone, then had a technician at the house first thing the next morning to service the units. That technician also checked the customer's generator and furnace, the same review says. In a 2025 review of service on their geothermal system, a customer said Josh diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts, and credited Tonya with proactive communication about the part delivery. A 2026 customer praised the proposal, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting, and said the area was kept clean. A 2025 customer wrote that the company had serviced their geothermal heating system. In a 2025 review, a customer said they would have the company back for annual maintenance on their geo system. Maine's state registry shows hvac license JY30022394 as active, held by JOSHUA R. BRYANT.
I called Northern Temp yesterday afternoon looking for help with a heat pump problem. Josh solved my problem over the phone. I asked to send someone to service the units,Josh said he could have someone at my house in the morning. The technician showed up first thing. Professional, very knowledgeable and very detailed. He checked my generator, furnace and said they could service when I needed. Start to finish an excellent experience. Thanks
