Four Paws Lawn Care

Customers of Four Paws Lawn Care in 2023 and 2024 describe money they say they never got back. The Mashpee company describes itself as a privately owned lawn-care business offering lawn, landscape and pest-control programs, and the BBB lists services including aeration, overseeding, and flea, tick and mosquito control. In May 2024, a longtime customer said lawn and mosquito treatments they had prepaid for were never finished and that repeated emails and calls did not get them a refund. A November 2023 reviewer said the product did not work, the company refused a refund and stopped communicating, and they had filed a complaint. An October 2023 reviewer said their lawn was nearly destroyed, a promised refund never came, calls went unanswered, and they had a date in small claims court. The BBB gives the business an F rating and cites three complaints. In a September 2021 review, a new homeowner praised the office's help choosing services and said the lawn looked amazing after one season. Google shows 3 stars from 8 ratings.
