In and Out Landscaping handles ongoing lawn care as well as yard transformations and stonework. The Mashpee business says it is family-owned and serves Bourne, Sandwich, Mashpee and Falmouth. Carl Johnson says he has worked in landscaping for more than 30 years. A May 2026 Thumbtack customer describes CJ and his team's work turning a post-purchase yard around, including debris removal, grading and plantings. Another customer writing that month praises a smooth, informative experience and timely work. The company has a 5.0-star Thumbtack rating from seven ratings, while Google shows five stars from six ratings. Longer customer relationships feature in the older accounts. In a June 2025 Google review, a Falmouth customer said CJ had cared for their lawn for 15 years and that their subdivision had just hired him for association work. A May 2025 reviewer described landscaping and stonework at their home over ten years, including a generator platform that CJ designed and sourced stone for, plus a cobblestone driveway edge and apron. That customer also praised working with him on project planning. Another May 2025 customer described extensive landscaping projects and ongoing maintenance at two properties over many years. An April 2025 reviewer, who said they had used the family business since 2015, praised its responsiveness and CJ's attention to their needs. In a separate May 2025 account, a customer said the crew arrived on time for mulching, mowing and flower installation before their daughter's party. The company's website describes landscaping, lawn care and property maintenance for Upper Cape Cod properties. BBB lists the business as accredited with an A+ grade.
