Four Points Property Maintenance is a lawn care, landscaping, and snow/ice removal company based in Haverhill, serving Methuen, Lawrence, Andover, North Andover, and a dozen more towns across the Merrimack Valley. Co-founded by CEO Chris Reitchel, the company says it has served the area since 1993 and offers everything from lawn fertilization and plant care to commercial snow plowing and sidewalk management. Google shows a 4.6-star average across a dozen ratings, and a 2023 review specifically praised the company's brick walkway, step, and patio work as 'best job ever' at a fair price. A handful of the reviews on file describe a real-estate agent showing and a rental-leasing decision rather than lawn or snow work, worth keeping in mind when reading them.
Awesome house, awesome agent, and a fantastic showing
We had a possitive vibe with Four points due to different options they provide, such as down payments with rentals. We feel we made a good decision going with them. Thanks
I was with these guys for two years, due to personal matters had to relocate but they were on the ball with every issue or request I had. The maintenance crew is not only good at their job but also super friendly and respectful. I'd absolutely rent from them again!
These folks are friendly and really take care of business. They have been efficient to jump on any questions or fix-ups you throw at 'em. Plus, they go the extra mile.
Best job ever in our brick walkways, steps and brick patio deck and walls. This is a 1st class operation. They were friendly courteous and efficient. All work done at a fair price. Will be using them every year from now on. Company takes pride in their work.
