The permit trail on BuildZoom is narrower and older: four permitted jobs between 2010 and 2020, mostly small electrical work in Belmont, Beverly and Danvers, plus chimney and trim repair on a Charlestown building in 2013. If you call them, ask which licences are current — the electrician's in particular — and confirm the home improvement contractor registration with the state's Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation.
