Freeman and Son Construction

I have been a customer of Brad and his crew for about eight years. During these past eight years Brad's team has replaced a roof, fixed a leaky chimney, and most recently fixed a leak on our sunporch. Every time I've contacted Brad his response as been immediate, professional, and he himself or his crew has responded within a matter of days. Brad is very fair on his pricing and his work is good quality as well. After the last job Brad and his crew did for us, Brad even took the time to call me after the first rain storm to ask how his repairs were holding up. Brad has a big heart for his family, friends, and customers and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has housing projects, repairs, or needs.

Just had an excellent experience working with Freeman & Son on a full roof replacement project. Brad Freeman was very professional and communicative throughout the process, which was much appreciated since most contractors in 2026 either don’t answer the phone or act like you’re a nuisance for contacting them. Scheduling was prompt & flexible and the team’s workmanship on the actual roof was superb! We are very happy with the final product. I would 100% recommend this company and would not hesitate to contact them in the future if anything else comes up.

Brad and his crew did a great job replacing my very old metal roof on my 200 year old house with all new plywood decking, underlayment, and architectural shingles. Reflashed all my chimneys as well. They did quality work and kept me updated with drone footage from overhead as the project progressed. The crew used safety harnesses and made sure to clean up after the roof was done. Pricing was good, especially given the quality of the materials and work. Definitely recommend Freeman and Son!
