DO NOT USE. HE WAS A NO CALL NO SHOW 3 TIMES. HE WAS CONTRACTED TO SERVICE MY FRIDGE THROUGH SEARS HOME WARRANTY. HE NEVER ANSWERS HIS PHONE. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS GUY. FRAUD.
Worst ever service. It has been nearly a month since they agreed to come and repair our dishwasher. They were hired through HomeServe, and home warranty plan. They kept promising to come, at least 5 times, and they never showed. Today I had a window from 10AM to 5PM, and they didn't show or call again. How can these people still be in business?
Victor was hired to repair a refrigerator. He sent a text saying he would be at my home between 1-3 on Wednesday. He also instructed us to unplug the appliance because he needed to get to the part. At 4pm on Wednesday, we messaged to see if he was on his way. He was not. He said, Sorry, I encountered a leak at the job I am on and I wont make it today. I will call you in the morning. HE NEVER DID. Now I am out a fridge full of food. He wont answer the phone. DO NOT HIRE THIS
I have a home warranty through Sears. FS Appliance was subcontracted to repair my washer machine. The person (I was never given his name) made an appointment for Wednesday, July 30, between 10AM to 1PM--he never showed. After several attempts I reached him and he rescheduled for Saturday, August 2, for the same time frame. I never heard from him since.
Victor has postponed the repair appointment FOUR times, and I?ve had to use the laundromat for the past two weeks. His VM is always full, and getting through to Cinch Warranty is ridiculously complicated! Yet they took the deductible as soon as I contacted them for service.
