Espresso Plus is great! They seem to focus primarily on commercial clients, but they also treat household consumers extremely well. After my Breville broke for the second time, I decided to upgrade. Paulo, one of the on-site employees, walked me through the pros and cons of a variety of espresso machines and coffee grinders. The model I chose wasn’t in stock, but it arrived within a week. When I picked it up, Paulo and Greg walked me through all of the features, taught me how to brew a great espresso, and taught me the basics of creating latte art. If you’re looking for a high-quality espresso machine, stop by their showroom. You won’t regret it.

I didn't really expect that it could be fixed, but the team at Espresso Plus was able to diagnose the problem, source the necessary parts, and get it up and running again. Paulo was super helpful, and Marshal is an amazing source of knowledge and experience. The guys clearly love making old machines sing again. If I were looking to buy a new machine or fix an old one, I would definitely come here again. I believe they would give honest advice and top-quality service. Oh, and you'll always get offered a coffee when you stop by.
