I hired Willy on 7/3/25 and paid an $11,000 deposit. In November, after I paid for the engineer's survey and we had City zoning approvals in place, he requested and received another $23,500, stating work would begin that month. After repeatedly delaying and avoiding my calls, he promised to start first thing in the spring. By April 2026, I discovered he had never gone before the Zoning take care of that. He finally started to dig in May 26 with his rented equipement. He was still digging 4 weeks later. He destroyed my driveway with a bobcat because he didn't have the right equipment to do the job. He broke an electrical condiuant after I asked him to be careful of it. He left back fill that couldn't be used. He only shows up once a week if that. I am now getting assistance to build my pool and have to pay additional money due to the damage he has caused and the lack of knowledge he has digging. He also never pulled a permit to do the work. His license expired. Terrible human

We had our pool liner replaced last year with only issues, rocks under the liner due to sand being exposed to rain for a month while he blew is off, replaces liner and it pulled out in multiple spots within a week pf it being finished, he came and fixed it, then this year when we opened the pool the linrr is pulled out in multiple spots, he has not responded to phone calls or text since the 11th of june
He was disrespectful, he would not communicate with me, only to my husband when I did the contract. Coming into my house uninvited and taking things out of my house is illegal Very unprofessional, does not communicate, does not stay in schedule, he said the pool would take 30-40 days, we contracted him on March in 2023, by June 2023 the pool was still not finished.
