It's easy for a company to be great when they're making the sale, but what matters most is how they take care of their customers years later. Ambassador Pools has exceeded our expectations every step of the way. After three years of normal wear and tear, the four corner pieces had started to crack, and one of our pool steps also developed a crack. I contacted Greg, and he immediately arranged for Chris to come out. Chris replaced all four corner pieces and the step quickly and professionally. The entire experience was seamless, and you could tell they genuinely stand behind their product. Because of our experience, we recommended Ambassador Pools to our neighbor. After seeing how much we loved our pool, they purchased one of their own, and they couldn't be happier with it. It's always nice to recommend a company with complete confidence, knowing they'll receive the same exceptional service. If you're considering a pool, I can't recommend Ambassador Pools and the Kayak Pool enough. Their pools are built to last, their workmanship is top-notch, and their customer service is second to none. I am on my second year of owning a salt water ambassador pool and my family and I love it. If I ever have any concerns they have been quick to respond and I needed to put up the pool fast so it would be ready for my daughters birthday last summer they came out and installed it within two weeks of me signing the dotted line and in time for my daughters party!
We were looking for a one stop shop pool company. After getting the run around from a couple who wouldn’t even come out to walk our yard we connected with Ambassador. Our sales person Zach was so patient and informative, we signed on the spot. Our pool was completed within a month of signing the contract, the wait time attributed to the wait in permit. Since the completion, we’ve had some follow ups and every single person we’ve talked to has been great! I cannot recommend the product or people enough!!
