I had roof damage on my property, reached out to future contracting, Ralph came out explained to me what needed to be done. We put in the claim with my insurance company and Ralph started to get to work. One of the documents was a “ Direct to Pay” Authorization which basically means the insurance check would have my name and future contractors name on it. Which ralph deposited into his account. Ralph was supposed to strip the original roof and install ice and water on the new roof. This is where the story gets interesting, instead of doing that Ralph went over the existing roof which significantly less work and ultimately less money to get the job done! Three months later we started to get rain inside the property , called Ralph and his daughter and explained what was going on. Ralph did come out and explained it’s a flashing issue and it’s not his problem! Please be very careful doing business with Ralph and Future Contracting.

Had to repair my porch after a fire, and their team did an amazing job! They were fast, efficient, professional, and did excellent work. Highly recommend!
