Rockhouse Construction

We recently had Rockhouse do 2 patios (side and back) at our house and could not have been more impressed with them. From the very first phone call until the finished product everything exceeded our expectations. Josh came out quickly to meet with us, we had a written estimate 24 hours later, and once we made a decision they were out and started our project in less than 3 weeks. Every step of the work was done very professionally and even the small details along the way impressed me. Josh and his team were here every day, even on days when the weather wasn't the best. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time even though I asked them to tweak/add on a couple things as the project went along. The finished product looks even better than we envisioned too, as Josh had some great ideas that we hadn't thought of.

I can add pics of my deck later when it is not dark out, but I had a moment and I have been wanting to share that I had a great experience with David and the crew. They worked diligently, were super nice, and did an amazing job with a highly imperfect deck foundation and made it look great and much safer than the slippery wood that kept cracking. So, basically, they replaced my old large old wooden deck with a beautiful vinyl deck. It is gorgeous, and everybody who visits comments on it - and I feel like it will stand the test of time (unlike our old wooden deck that, no matter how many times you replace the wooden planks, looks like crap within a year). Amazing team! Super professional, timely. Josh spent a solid chunk of time with me to fully evaluate the situation, answer all of my questions, and brainstorm all possible solutions before sending me an estimate of the work. Work was scheduled in a timely manner, and on the day of, just outstanding expertise, skill, and professionalism. Josh was around to guide the project, and the gentlemen carrying out the work were obviously experts and communicative with us as we asked questions. They completed the job quickly, but when they realized it did not fully solve the issue of pooling we had called about, they literally redid the work to ensure it was done to perfection--without changing the quote. We are soooo over the moon happy with the result. Definitely will call Rockhouse again if we have other hardscaping projects! Thank you team! Highly recommend!!

Organized and knowledgeable about all phases of adding a twobedroom addition and rough in for bathroom. Affordable. Gave options. Payed a lot of attention to detail. Good communication. Easily accesable and responded quickly.
