I had Franklin provide a quote for a door replacement project, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would and offered a fair and competitive price.Franklin and his team were professional, organized, and respectful of my home. They took the extra step of setting up protective covering in my living room to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house, and they kept the work area clean throughout the project.I had purchased trim that I thought was the correct size, but Franklin informed me it wasn't the right fit. He kindly handled the return and purchased the correct trim on my behalf, which I greatly appreciated. The finished result exceeded my expectations. The door, trim, and overall craftsmanship look amazing. Franklin's attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work were outstanding.I am extremely satisfied with the entire project and would not hesitate to hire Franklin again for future home improvement projects.
