We had a chimney lined with a stainless steel pipe several years ago. Abysmal job. Dudes spilled muriatic acid on our windows, which are now permanently damaged. The woodstove smokes continuously despite the pipe being cleaned 3x this past winter. Had to have the owner back twice because you could not get a pipe brush into the pipe plus the cleanout was not properly positioned. Very sad. Had the same company build a three-flue chimney years ago when Mr Drake was alive and the job was excellent.
