Purchased a container from these guys this summer. Was told 2 different prices on 2 separate phone calls, $350 and $500 for tree brush and scrap wood. The 500 I was told call 1, 350 was said on call 2. After I get it picked up I’m told 500 when I was told 350 because of the scrap. This was in June haven’t heard from them since till yesterday when they tried charging me the $500 and now they are saying it’s because I went over the weight? You can tell that the original owners are not in charge anymore because only an idiot puts a communication error on the customer over a $150 that would of been made up in 3 months for my trash pick up. Now you wont be getting another dime from me. Terrible business decision.

The whole process was simple and straightforward, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The best part is I have a clean, clutter-free basement! I would definitely recommend GW Shaw!

I use Shaws for personal, and my business, I would not use anybody else. They’re there when they tell you they’re gonna be customer service is A Number one. The drivers are very professional, the Driver I have that comes to my house, knows I like the lid on one side he gets out of his truck and opens the lid for me he is awesome. For my business when they tell me there going to be there they are. I give them 5 Stars all across the board.
Awesome family owned business. Never had a problem when needed to contact them for anything and quick response time as well! Have given my family 23 years (and counting) of service!
