Gade Masonry & Landscaping, Inc.

Gade Masonry & Landscaping is a Sandwich contractor working across Cape Cod, from Provincetown down to Falmouth. The company says Rafael Ribeiro founded it out of an interest in landscaping and that it is now second-generation and family-run. The work it describes is retaining walls, patios, stonework and pool-deck hardscape alongside landscape installation and lawn maintenance, and its Houzz profile adds paver installation, custom fire pits and outdoor kitchen construction. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, 190732, is registry-verified active. On Procore the company lists itself as a specialty contractor in design and engineering, landscaping and masonry serving commercial and residential clients, with five projects since August 2022. The Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles are newer, offer free estimates, and state that the company provides no warranties and no emergency service. How long the business has been going is told differently in different places. The site says more than 13 years in one spot and 17 years of service in another, the Houzz blurb claims thirty-seven years of masonry experience, and the Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles say seven. The site also states a BBB A+ accreditation, which is the company's own claim rather than something a registry confirms here. Customer writing is thin. A LinkedIn post in October 2024 pointed readers to a beautiful home by the company, and the Houzz profile carries one project with fourteen photographs. For a Cape Cod homeowner planning a patio, a retaining wall, a pool-deck surround or a full yard, this is a registered contractor with photographs to show and a free estimate as a low-cost way to start. Ask for addresses of recent Cape projects you can go and look at, ask which of the stated tenures belongs to the company rather than to the family's years in masonry, and get any warranty terms in writing, since the directory profiles say there are none.
