Gardner Painting LLC is a Middletown house painter whose owners, Cory and Kevin Gardner, say they started the company in 2016 to honor their father, Brian Gardner, a lifelong painter. A recent customer said rotted areas of a 62-year-old home were repaired, and the few paint chips on the ground were vacuumed before the project was completed. A 2025 customer said the wood siding and trim on their Middletown home were power washed, scraped, primed and painted, and a rotting piece of trim was replaced. A 2025 customer said an interior job covered 11 new doors, a living room, hallways and trim. A 2024 customer said the company painted their interior first and their exterior the second time. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, number HIC.0648638, is active on the state registry. A recent customer said Cory came out for an estimate walk-through, but no estimate followed and calls and emails went unanswered for 3 weeks. A 2024 customer said paint from a 2022 job started bubbling, the areas were scraped and repainted in 2023, and the company then refused to come back even though the job was within its 5 year warranty.
Meticulous service from quote thru final paint stroke. Suggestions to try our colors on the home as a swatch was an extra step to know we picked the right colors. The team worked quietly and professionally to get the job done with as little inconvenience as possible. All debris was removed and the few paint chips on the ground were vacuumed before they completed the project. Israel competently repaired rotted areas of the 62 year old home and brought it back to its original beauty. Corey and Kevin are A+ Thank you and your team for a job well done!
Cory came out to take a look at our project and give us an estimate, and he was super nice during the walk through and said they would be able to do the job, but afterwards I never received an estimate, and received no response to any follow up calls and emails. It’s now been 3 weeks, and I’ve still heard nothing. If they weren’t able to take on our project I would have at least appreciated some communication instead of ghosting us!
This review is long overdue! Cory and Kevin painted our house in the summer of 2023. The paint is still looking as good as new! We highly recommend them! They are professional and communicated well. We are eternally grateful! Thank you, again! -Jaquoi & Nancy
Gardner painting completed exterior painting on my home and I’m very satisfied. The paint gave my home life and I’m glad I chose this company.
Any future house panting we need will be done by Gardner Painting LLC. They are professional, responsive, respectful, clean, and talented. The full carpentry and painting took no time at all. They kept us aware of work schedules and next steps. Extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing house painting.
