We have known, and worked with Gatehouse Partners for many years. Recently, we completed a fantastic - yet challenging - large and multi-phased renovation project with them in Greenwich, CT. They were fantastic "Quarterbacks" for project, ushering it along from preliminary budgeting to execution, and while leveraging their determined and knowledgeable staff, completed the project in the face of many obstacles along the way. In being highly dedicated to their clients, they bring their expertise to the job everyday, along with a positive attitude and a family business approach. As a Luxury Residential Architectural lighting designer I get to work with the top of the top Builders and tradesmen. I place Randy and Gatehouse among the best I've worked with. Randy;'s cooperative, can-do spirit insures that challenges are met with expertise, patience and teamwork. Questions are asked if anything is unclear and i get the full attention and abilities of him and his team. If you are looking for a quality builder who is also soooo easy to work with, Gatehouse is an excellent choice. I worked with Randy on a back lit Tiffany window with substantial space restrictions and very precise lighting requirements. He worked very closely with me and all of the other trades to PERFECTLY EXECUTE the design. The results are fantastic.

Gatehouse built our home 8 years ago. Randy Sullivan is a very knowledgeable high end builder who built a wonderful house for us. Our home feels so solid and was built with expert craftsmanship. Randy has always followed up with any questions or details we have had since our home was completed. We have always trusted Randy's building advice and skill and are very happy with the wonderful home Gatehouse built.

We first used Gatehouse in 2004 for a major renovation project on a 1930s home we had just purchased. Randy and Jose were extremely helpful at completing the project both on time and on budget, while meeting our exacting standards for quality and workmanship. This project included replacing the entire electric & plumbing, redoing the kitchen and bathrooms, moving several internal walls to more efficiently use the space & enhance the overall design of the home, and finishing all surfaces. Since then, we have used them for numerous other medium-sized projects, and have always been exceptionally happy with the results. Whenever we have a question or need help, we rely on Gatehouse's knowledge and expertise - they have been friendly, highly responsive, and incredibly trustworthy. I would wholeheartedly recommend them as a general contractor.

I have contracted the services of Gatehouse Partners on more than one occasion. I find them to be accurate and extremely trustworthy. From a billing perspective the homeowner will always know where they stand. The management has a good working relationship with owners and architects.
