Repeat client! We had Jim and team perform some various repair and carpentry work in the house, which included a extension of an existing wall (additional framing, drywall, etc.), install of eave access door, and wall / breadboard repair after we had electric heaters uninstalled. As always, Jim did a quality job and we are very happy with the results. Jim was completely transparent and professional through the process.
We hired Jim to do a complete bathroom renovation in a historic home and are very happy with the work provided. We ran into some unexpected structural problems which he easily dealt with. Jim and his team did a great job on the finishes and were very accommodating to our design choices. The work was performed over the span of about two months mainly due to unforeseen obstacles caused by the age of the home. Throughout the project, Jim was sensitive to the fact we were living in the house during construction and he and his team were extremely clean and courteous.

They were able to deal with some large unforeseen issues and still complete the project within the window of time expected. The final product, a full gut and master bathroom remodel, came out wonderful and exactly what I had hoped for. Jim and his team were a pleasure to work with and I am planning on hiring them again for another project in the new year.
Very responsive and prompt, helped with finding the right vendors. Project started quickly and stayed on schedule and on budget (except for when I changed my mind). The house was clean every day.
