For a mid-size residential job — a gut bathroom, a kitchen, an addition, a deck or a porch — this is a small crew with a consistent, specific three-year run behind it and a state registration a homeowner can check directly. Ask who self-performs the roofing and siding work, get the scope and vendor allowances in writing the way earlier customers describe them, and confirm the registration number with the state before signing.
