A valleybreeze.com news item names Rick Gentes as the owner of Gentes Excavating Inc. A 2025 Google reviewer called it a very knowledgeable company. A 2022 Google reviewer said Gentes drivers were speeding in residential areas and not making complete stops. That 2022 reviewer wrote of nearly being hit by a Gentes truck three times while walking a dog near home.
“Rick Gentes, owner of Gentes Excavating Inc, personally demolished the building.”
Great company very knowledgeable
Drivers are terrible. Have been speeding in residential areas, don't make complete stops.... or any stops at all (was almost just clipped by one coming from behind as I was making a left hand turn. ) 3 times I have nearly been hit by a Gentes truck while out walking my dog near my home in the past 2 weeks. Constantly riding brakes and disturbing whole neighbourhood. Sorry, but these are our homes, not a highway.
