We’ve had a great experience working with DukeScapes and Justin on several of our foundation projects. They’ve done an excellent job excavating and prepping foundation holes for us, and their attention to detail and understanding of proper foundation excavation makes our job much easier once we arrive on site. Justin is reliable, professional, easy to communicate with, and takes pride in doing the job right. The work is always done efficiently and to the standards we need as a foundation contractor. I had a wooded area in my backyard full of dying and broken trees, some being strangled by vines, and a large row of very overgrown forsythia and holly. I’d get 2 months of foliage and the rest of the year, it looked like a wasteland of dead, brown and broken sticks. There was no privacy from the road and it trapped any trash or debris blowing by. Dukescapes was awesome, hauled out the excavator, cleared out the land, pulled out the stumps and roots, trimmed up hanging branches, salvaging otherwise good trees, cleared the brush, and planted a nice clean row of arborvitaes. It also gave me back a nice chunk of my yard, with healthy trees that’ll provide privacy. Justin, Clarissa and the crew were professional, thoughtful and super knowledgeable. Initially I wasn’t even sure what to do with the yard, or what it would cost. Dukescapes are good, honest and reputable people, exactly who I was looking for. Walked my property at the estimate, gave me options, and tweaked it to fit my budget, with an end result I’m really happy with. Hundred percent will use again.
