I have done business with Georgetown Door and Window for many years and have always enjoyed an excellent experience. They have been my go-to source for door hardware spanning a series of home renovations and improvements. In every case, I have found the proprietor to be competent, helpful, friendly and service-oriented. Over the years, he has helped us organize six different entry locks to operate with a single, common key.<br><br>Our most recent experience with him went way beyond the norm for excellent customer service. Due to a 'mishap' with a house key, we felt it prudent to replace all six door locks to our house. At a significant savings for us, the proprietor reconfigured all of our original locks to operate with a new common key. This work was accomplished in four hours.<br><br>My dealings with Georgetown Door and Window have consistently been a pleasure! I could not recommend this business more highly!

Amazing attention to detail and individual level of service, even many years after purchase. A great example of the kind of value that you should get for your money (and that’s often lacking at big box stores.). Phil’s great!
