Glow Cleaning Services

Glow Cleaning Services works out of Fall River, and the name that comes up again and again in its reviews is Monica, who leads jobs ranging from move-out cleans to last-minute post-renovation cleanups. On Google it holds a 4.8★ average across 253 ratings. The deep clean, not routine tidying, is what people hire Glow for. A recent review describes crews clearing out construction dust, dog hair and soap rings from a house after a small renovation; in a 2025 review, a homeowner rushing to move into an older home after renovations says the crew scrubbed grout and moved furniture for a full deep clean, and another 2025 review describes an apartment "left in disarray" getting a deep clean plus a carpet save-job from Marco's carpet-cleaning crew. Crews are also described going past the original ask — a 2024 review recounts a cleaner pulling out the stove to clean behind it unprompted, and a January 2026 review says the team cleaned areas "not initially agreed" on. Several reviewers name specific cleaners — Monica, Jessica, Piedad, Lissbeth — and ask to have them back. Their track record isn't spotless. Reviews from 2021 and 2022 describe a language barrier with crew members who didn't speak English — one customer says she couldn't get a quote explained and never heard back, another describes a late, uncommunicative crew — and a 2026 Thumbtack review describes similar friction along with a rushed-feeling job that skipped part of the scope. A 2023 review says a paid-for three-bedroom, three-bath deep clean only covered the bedrooms and two bathrooms, skipping the living room, kitchen and half bath. A 2024 review flagged a 20-minute late arrival despite otherwise friendly, thorough work. Its Thumbtack rating (3.7★) sits well below its Google score, though that's built on just three ratings. Glow looks like the right call for a deep, get-it-spotless clean — a move-out, a post-construction mess, a first clean after months of putting it off — rather than a light weekly tidy. Worth confirming upfront: who's assigned to the job, exactly which rooms and tasks are covered, and expected arrival time.
