GM Goldsmith Electric is an electrical contractor, and a 2026 customer described a small electrical fire caused by water damage. That 2026 customer said Matt came to the house immediately to assess it, went in search of the needed parts and had the power up and running within hours, just in time for a snowstorm. The same 2026 customer called the service reasonably priced. The company says it has been in business for 20 years, and its website lists a service area of Gardner, Rutland, Holden, Barre, Oakham, Worcester, Gilbertville, Hardwick and Athol. Its site describes residential work running from new construction and additions to panel upgrades, backup and emergency power, and repairs. Gregory M Goldsmith's Massachusetts electrician license, 20745-EL-A, is active on the state registry. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+.

We had a very positive experience with GM Goldsmith, and particularly Matt. We recently had a small electrical fire due to water damage. Matt came to the house immediately to assess, went off in search of the needed parts, and had everything fixed with power up and running within hours - just in time for a snowstorm! Friendly, professional, timely, and reasonably priced service. I will be using and recommending them in the future.
