GMK Property Services

It isn’t hard finding companies who do a decent job performing basic groundskeeping services like mowing and plowing. What’s difficult is finding a company like GMK Property Services, owned and operated by Garret Knapp. A landscaper’s landscaper, GMK often is other landscapers first call when they need help. Whether by dint of snowstorms or nor-easters, it’s well equipped and competently staffed GMK who they rely on to complete what they were having trouble getting done. Priced competitively, time after time, GMK has been there for my wife and me, bringing not only equipment and skill, but also the much rarer attributes of generosity, grit, determination, and heart.

When viewing photos of the home of a neighbor of mine that recently went up for sale, I had one mission, to find out who took care of their lawn! After a few days of carefully timed dog walking, I met Cooper and got the business card for GMK. I scheduled a consultation with Garret where he patiently listened to me describe my battle with taming nature (and I was losing fast) and took the time to walk my entire property. He came up with a plan and I was nervous of the outcome, but then the crew came out and as we discussed......BOOM! What I wanted is what I now have, a yard I am proud of! Thank you Billy and Cooper for the amazing clean up and caretaking. 10 stars!!!!!✨️ Thank you Garret for your time, professionalism and expertise! Landscaping is next! 😁

GMK was a big disappointment. I am new to the area, and this company was recommended by people in my neighborhood. The lawn mowing was mediocre at best, missed a lot of spots with the weed whacking, tore up my lawn when his worker got stuck and never showed up to do the mulching that was promised in May. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

While making Amazon deliveries, I got stuck on a long, icy driveway and couldn’t drive back up the hill. The homeowners weren’t home, and I was completely stranded. I called GMK Property Services, and they showed up in less than 20 minutes. They helped me get up the driveway safely, and got me back on the road so I could continue my route. Fast, professional, and reliable service. Highly recommend GMK Property Services!

Garret really came through for us after a major snowstorm when no one else would show up. We're really glad we called him and that he'll be handling our snow removal this winter! Based on our experience, we certainly would consider him for landscape work as well.
