Clayton was very timely when coming to my home. Sat down with us to understand what we truly wanted. He spent a lot of time listening and then explaining how things would go and the time frame needed. The initial consultation was great. They arrived when they said they would for the installation. There was some rain and they did a great job working around the storms. They finished the job and It looked exactly as Clayton had explained it. The workers were very courteous. I would recommend these guys for any outside living space. Love my new patio and outdoor kitchen.

Terrible customer service. Left me hanging with a defective pool deck. Check the video. I was originally recommended GMS Concrete by my pool installer in 2021. I came to an agreement in May and the job was finally done in October (which was beyond when we were told it would be installed.) When I opened the pool in April of 2022, the surface of my new pool deck was peeling significantly. They blamed the material manufacturer of course but they did finally perform repairs by the end of September. When I opened the pool in 2023, I followed up with GMS (both Karen and Clayton) by email showing them that again the deck was peeling. My communications were ignored. In May 2024, I opened the pool and there were significant issues once again. I let them know and again I was ignored. I called in early June and was told they would get back to me the next day (which never happened.) After a couple weeks, I sent a follow up email that went ignored. I tried calling today at two different points and was sent to VM. Later, I used a separate number to call (because I suspected they were screening me) and was able to reach Karen who told me to wait on hold and then THEY hung up after 5 minutes. I've been very patient with them but they simply refuse to even have a conversation about the issue, much less address it. Check the video and don't let them do this to you too.

Pick a different company if you’re looking for help or a timely quote. I was literally talking with these people for 2 months trying to get a quote. Eventually I received an email after 2 months stating that they couldn’t accommodate me in a certain timetable. You mean 2 months… customer service is gone.
