Most of what customers write about Krueger Contracting is about gutters. Jared and Bradley are named in six reviews from 2022 — one homeowner who had used the company two years running called them honest, flexible and responsive; another said the company got back to them quickly, arrived at the scheduled date and time, and cleaned up afterward; a third wrote in November 2022 that they intended to have them back every year for gutter cleaning. The company works out of Nashua, and its Angi profile puts it at 16 years of experience with free estimates. The larger construction jobs are where the complaints sit. A November 2022 Google review, at 1 star, describes a deck replacement agreed in August that was delayed by materials, weather and scheduling, and says the permit was never pulled until the building inspector stopped work. In a July 2023 Angi review, a customer wrote that the final price came in $400 above the original quote and called that misleading, having accepted the quote with a budget in mind. Other larger jobs went the other way. An August 2026 reviewer wrote that the company built them a new deck; an August 2022 Google customer who hired them as a general contractor said they were kept up to date on any issue and that the crew called when it was running late from another job; a July 2022 review covers a walkway and patio project. An August 2022 HomeAdvisor customer said the price was within budget, the crew was on time and no mess was left. Angi shows 4.9 from 61 ratings, and HomeAdvisor's page carries the same number because it is that same profile mirrored; Google, from five ratings, sits at 4.2. Gutter cleaning and the smaller trim, door and floor work the company lists are where the praise is most specific. If you are hiring for a deck, a patio or anything else that needs a permit, settle who pulls it and when before work starts, and get the quote written down with what can change it — those are the two things customers had trouble with.
