Customers have described returning for more carpeting projects over many years. In a February 2026 review, one said they had used Pat and his company for more than 20 years, praising the results and fair pricing. A February 2022 customer described their second project with the company: replacing and installing carpet that included a bi-level loft and a hatch covering to a crawl space in a closet floor. They praised the finish work around the opening and communication throughout the project. Several dated accounts describe how the installation went inside the home. In August 2025, a homeowner said Pat and Dean installed basement carpet the customer already had, arrived on time and left everything tidy. A January 2022 reviewer described two children's bedrooms and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet. They said Pat and his team arrived early, worked quickly, dismantled and removed an unwanted piece of furniture, and helped rearrange one child's bedroom. In September 2022, another customer described removal and replacement of old carpet and praised the timing and price. There is also a complaint about an estimate inquiry. A November 2023 reviewer said they waited four days for Pat to return a message about carpet installation for a condo. When the customer explained that another carpet installer was about to arrive to measure and that they might call back, they said Pat replied 'don't bother' and hung up.
