One account, though, is serious and appears across multiple platforms (Google, Angi and HomeAdvisor): in an April 2025 review, a customer — who described being disabled and unable to visit the property in person — said they paid roughly $10,000 for work at a deceased parent's house that was left unfinished or undone, including a French drain that later collapsed into a sinkhole and buried equipment that resurfaced, and said the owner became unresponsive once litigation was raised. Separately, a September 2025 Thumbtack review described a wasp nest treatment that didn't work, followed by repeated promises to return — with specific time windows — that were never kept.
