Golden Leaf Landscapes

An excellent experience with Golden Leaf Landscapes and David Shangraw. The proposal for the work was detailed and clear, and they willingly revised the proposal to accommodate some changes (prior to work commencement). The project consisted of a complete overhaul of 5 garden beds, prep and re-seeding of two grass areas, new paver walkway, and complete restructuring of roadside drainage with new stone. David came in with a well-honed "plan of attack" which allowed for the organized demolition/removal of existing plants and materials and the subsequent reinstallation and replanting of new products. Invariably questions arose and small changes were proposed - David was in regular contact with me and/or the designer to ensure everything was satisfactory. Plant materials were of excellent quality. New paver walkway is solid and far more attractive than previous asphalt. Garden beds are so much neater, and the combination of new and "thinned out" existing plantings look fantastic along with new mulch. (Already getting compliments from my neighbors). David and crew were respectful and very pleasant and kept the worksite and their equipment organized. I would certainly use them for future work.

We hired David and his crew to redo our front entryway and to build a new set of stairs, a patio, and a walkway down to our dock. They did an outstanding job. The team was easy to work with, very flexible when we requested changes during the installation, and consistently professional throughout the entire project. Their workmanship was excellent, the jobsite was kept clean and organized every day, and the finished results are exactly what we hoped for. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend David and his crew.

Golden Leaf Landscapes was the perfect choice to transform our very mundane yard into a yard of beauty. Dave and his crew were so pleasant to work with, taking pride in every aspect of the job while working professionally. Creativity along the way coupled with the perfection of a job well done makes for someone we highly recommend to everyone. We will happily invite Dave back to help us with any future landscape projects.
