We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our project manager, Austin, was absolutely phenomenal. His communication was excellent throughout the entire project, and he was the first to arrive and the last to leave. He was incredibly detail-oriented, courteous, and respectful of our property. He went above and beyond to address our concerns and even identified and fixed issues we didn’t know we had! The entire crew worked incredibly quickly while still being efficient and thorough. Austin was always several steps ahead, anticipating what the team needed to keep everything moving smoothly and maintain momentum throughout the project. We also loved the online portal, which was frequently updated with progress photos. Having access to over 500 pictures documenting the project gave us so much transparency and peace of mind. Our house and landscaping were fully protected throughout the process, and the cleanup was exceptionally thorough. You would never know how much work had just taken place! A new roof is a big investment, and having a team that is professional, communicative, organized, and genuinely attentive to the details makes all the difference. Austin and the entire crew exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend Golden Shield Roofing to anyone looking for roofing work. Five stars without hesitation!

Great experience with Golden Shield. The entire process felt top notch. I received several quotes and the difference was night and day. Greg on the sales team took photos, and explained the process in a way that didn’t seem overwhelming. He showed samples of every product that would touch my roof. After project start John (and Kevin) took amazing care of the property and coordinated a top tier team. Everyday they cleaned up to make sure my kids could use the yard and that we could get our cars in the driveway. Pricing was competitive, bottom third of bids I received, but the value was easily the highest. We would 100% recommend.

Outstanding quality and unmatched professionalism! I hired Golden Shield Roofing for a complete tear-off and replacement, and they absolutely crushed it. My project was highly complex, requiring a full re-deck of the pitched sections and a specialized low-slope system for the flat areas. The absolute standout of the project was my on-site superintendent, Austin. He personally oversaw an extensive, complex structural repair over my bedroom. After discovering severe rot and damage from a past leak, Austin made sure the structural integrity was completely rebuilt down to the rafters. He didn't just let the crew slap a quick patch on it; he ensured 100% of the decking was replaced with high-quality plywood and perfectly engineered a custom chimney cricket with gorgeous copper flashing to stop future leaks. Austin stayed on my property from start to finish, managing the crew, keeping the site spotless, and logging the entire build with real-time photos uploaded right to my customer dashboard. They also upgraded my entire drainage system with brand new 5" seamless gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards. Between the premium Atlas StormMaster shingles and the top-tier 50-year system warranty, I have complete peace of mind.
