One October 2026 customer is comfortable having Julianna and her team clean while they are out of town. The customer praises thoroughness and says Julianna accommodates last-minute cleaning of usually unused rooms before guests arrive. Golden Touch Cleaning Services is based in Avon and describes itself on Thumbtack as family-owned. In February 2026, a short- and mid-term rental host praised Lourdes and her team for checking under furniture, cleaning overlooked areas and reporting maintenance issues. A separate February customer named Lourdes and praised pre-visit check-ins, appointment confirmations, scheduling flexibility and fair, straightforward pricing. The company's Thumbtack menu advertises house and commercial cleaning, window cleaning, organizing, garage/basement/attic cleaning and commercial carpet cleaning.
Julianna and her team are very reliable and trustworthy. I've been out of town and feel very comfortable letting her clean when no one is around. She is thorough and leave some really nice touches when they are finished. There are sections of my home that I don't have her clean as they are not used very often. If I am going to have company and need those areas cleaned she's very amendable to add the cleaning at the last minute.
Juliana is simply amazing!!!!!
I’ve been hosting short- and mid-term rentals for four years and have worked with several cleaning teams during that time. Lourdes and her team are, by far, the best I’ve experienced. Once we connected, I never considered using anyone else. She consistently goes above and beyond—checking under furniture, cleaning areas others often overlook, and keeping me informed of any maintenance issues. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart.
I can’t say enough great things about working with Lourdes and her team. She is always wonderful with communication — she checks in before each visit to see if there’s anything specific I need, confirms appointments, and is very flexible with scheduling, which I truly appreciate. Her and her team are professional, trustworthy, and do a fantastic job every time. I always feel comfortable having them in my home, and the pricing is fair and straightforward. Highly recommend!
Great service.
