Confirm the licences, the crew, and the change-order terms in writing.

Golini Roofing reroofed our house in early spring 2025. We are very satisfied with their work. Crew was courteous, professional, and skilled. The project went exactly as planned and promised, for a fair price. In fact, we had them back a few weeks later for a very small, unrelated project, and they accomplished that with the same top-notch approach.
Golini roofing were amazing! They did our roof about 6 months ago. It looks great, no problems with it whatsoever ( it was leaking before that). We met with several contractors and the moment we met the owner we liked him the most. The clear explanations, the experience, clear pricing. Turns out they did ours houses’s roof 26 years ago( it started leaking around the chimney after26 years), so of course we chose them to fix it again! The crew were very hard working, always on time, always cleaning up afterwards and very polite and respectful. They did the job a bit faster than what was agreed in the beginning, because a storm was coming. 3 hours after they finished it started raining for the whole weekend. Highly recommend Golini roofing. We had a wonderful experience! Hope to see them again in 26 years:) Thank you to the whole crew!
Golini Roofing just finished installing new roofing and gutters on my home. They did an outstanding job, and Jack, the owner, was very responsive to my texts. So all communication was clear. The men were professional and worked so hard, even in 90° weather that we were having. They were friendly and very neat, picking up all the trash after every day and taking it with them from the job site. The new roofing is beautiful, and they had to go around several roof windows and they did all of it very well. They even asked me for a rag and some window cleaner, and they went up and cleaned all four of my skylights! After the job was over, not only did they clean up, but they took a metal detector around the property to pick up any extraneous nails that might have been left in the grass or the flowerbeds! We have multiple flowerbeds and they protected them extremely well by using cloth tarps and so forth. I thought the price was very reasonable and I highly recommend Golini to anyone who’s thinking about roofing. They are exceptional.
Extremely satisfied with the work from Golini Roofing. The project started promptly after agreeing to the contract and the team worked diligently to complete it. There were significant problems with the roof being replaced that were not apparent until the project had started, but the communication from Golini was completely transparent, honest, and prompt. The quality of the new roof speaks for itself getting through a foot of rain over the course of two weeks - if you want to job done right for a fair price go with Golini Roofing.
