A basement flooring customer praised Granby Carpet & Vinyl Outlet for bringing samples to the house and checking the finished work. In that May 2025 Google review, the customer said Dave and his wife delivered the samples, Dave remained reachable by phone, and he stopped by after installation to inspect the floor and check that they were happy. The customer described a quick installation, easy payment and a kind front-desk employee. An older account described a different result. In a July 2018 Google review, a customer complained that the linoleum was cut three inches beyond a corner and that the floor molding had rough cuts. A September 2018 reviewer praised workmanship and named Ludlow municipal buildings among the company's jobs. Google shows a 4-star average from four ratings.
Great people, great service, great FLOORING! Our basement looks amazing. Dave and his wife delivered samples to us so that we could decide on the best color for our basement. Dave was always just a phone call away during the process. He stopped by after the job was done to inspect and make sure we were happy with the results. The floor was put in super quick, payment was easy, and the person working the front desk in the store was very kind. Very happy with the results and have recommended him to friends!

Granby Carpet has served Ludlow and all of New England for over thirty years. Local jobs include Ludlow School Dept. The public Library, Town Hall, Senior Housing, Villa Rose, just to mention a few of their contracts. Workmsnship exceptional👍
They came to the house first thing and smelt like you are not washing for days. They cut the linoleum and cut 3 inches past the corner should be. Pulled the floor molding out to install the floor and cut them by eye with some sort of hand cutter. It was cut as smooth as a choppy sea. Hire a bunch of drunks at a bar for better results. NEVER again.
