The company says it offers free estimates and is insured, and names a service area that includes Ware, Palmer, Ludlow, Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Westfield and Northampton. Chris just finished remodeling one customer's bathroom and repaired and replaced the hallway floor, and that customer plans to use him again. Chris and a coworker painted a living room and rescreened a porch for another household, which called him hardworking, conscientious and reasonably priced. On a third job, Chris put in extra effort to complete the work and stay on schedule, and the customer said he was receptive to feedback and easy to work with.
