Great Flooringma is a flooring business in Sudbury. In its Thumbtack self-description, the business calls itself a stairs installation specialist and names basement remodeling, hardwood, tile, stone and painting. It also says it charges $100 for an estimate and advice, and that the money comes back when you hire the company. In a 2020 review, a customer wrote that Wilson installed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout their condo to replace old carpet and gave advice on the type of flooring to buy. In another 2020 review, a customer wrote that Wilson removed the carpet, padding and a gazillion nails on their stairs, and that the job took just the amount of time he estimated. In a 2021 review, a customer with a 200 year old house wrote that they refinished the floors, going through several different processes, and were able to maintain the character of the floors. In a September 2021 account on Thumbtack, a customer wrote that their basement floor was redone in one day, with the old carpet removed and new LVP installed. In a separate 2021 review, a customer wrote that Great Flooring Remodeling removed all the carpet and tack strips from their basement, cleaned, and installed a high quality laminate floor in one day. That 2021 customer wrote that Wilson came over for an estimate within a few days, showed up with samples and an app that showed what the flooring would look like, and showed up a week later exactly when he said he would. In another 2021 review, a customer wrote that Wilson gave them a free upgrade to an even better carpet when their selection was not in stock, that a truck pulled up at 8:20am for a start he had given as 8:30/9am, and that everything was cleaned up once all the rooms were done.

Wilson and his team were top notch! He worked with us to quickly complete the project and was able to give us a free upgrade to an even better carpet when our selection was not in stock. He said they will come start the job at 8:30/9am and promptly at 8:20am a truck pulled up in front of my house and the contractors got to work! They worked until all the rooms were done and cleaned up everything 100%.
Wilson and Great Flooring Remodeling were great! We had our basement floor redone, the old carpet was removed and new LVP was installed. They were able to complete the job in one day.
I work with them for refinishing my floors for my 200 year old house. We went through several different processes but ended up with one that my family and I are very happy with. The floors were not perfect but they had a lot of character. They were able to maintain the character and make them look lovely.
Great Flooring Remodeling was great! They did my basement floors in one day. They removed all the carpet and tack strips, cleaned, and installed a high quality laminate floor. Wilson was so easy to work with. He responded to my call immediately and came over for an estimate within a few days. He was the only flooring company to show up with samples and had an app that showed us what the flooring would look like. He helped us select the perfect style and color. He gave me an estimate the very next day. He showed up a week later ready to do the job exactly when he said he would. We got a several other estimates but Wilson was the most professional and easiest to work with. His price was also very reasonable. I would recommend him and his company with 100% certainty. My only complaint was that I didn't find him sooner!
We had the best experience with this company! They gave a fair price and the quality was top notch. I would highly recommend them for your next flooring project.
