He goes the second mile to find solutions -- like searching all over MA and NH to find the right size railroad ties for our project. He is reliable; if he says he's going to do it, he will, and in a timely manner. He leaves the site clean. He's pleasant to have around, responsive to emails, honest, and a tireless, diligent worker.
