In February 2025, Marblehead's Select Board approved a $207,300 contract with Price Landscaping & Construction to build an outdoor bocce facility behind the Council on Aging, according to the Marblehead Current. That is the scale the Boxford company now pitches: its site describes full-service site work, excavation and landscaping for commercial, municipal and residential clients across the North Shore, including sports fields, playgrounds, hardscaping and snow and ice management. BBB and Thumbtack both list Taylor Price as the owner. BBB's file says the business started in 2018; the company's own site claims 10+ years in business. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #198778, is active. BBB also lists an Office of Public Safety and Inspections licence, HE-199472. The BBB page shows an A+ grade and accreditation since 2019. Its customer reviews date from 2018 to 2021, on Google and Thumbtack, and many name Taylor himself. In a July 2018 Thumbtack review, a customer said the crew leveled an area of the backyard for a pool in one day. An August 2018 reviewer had Taylor remove five stumps and trim overhanging branches over the driveway. In an April 2019 review, a customer described him ripping out an old foundation, backfilling it with loam and clearing space for a new patio. A November 2021 Google reviewer said Price Landscape built pools at both their parents' house and their own. In a May 2019 Thumbtack review, a customer gave 2 stars after waiting two days for a crew that never showed up.
