The Better Business Bureau has accredited the business since June 2019 and grades it A+, and its BBB file names Taylor Price as owner and dates the business to January 2018.
Customers describe a hands-on owner. A homeowner writing in 2021 said they had used Price Landscape for two pools — their parents' house and their own — and that the company built a backyard they could only have dreamed of. Another 2021 reviewer praised the communication and said the company works hard to make sure you get the best price alongside the best quality. Writing in 2019, a customer described Taylor ripping out an old foundation, backfilling with loam and clearing space for a new patio, showing up on time and behaving professionally throughout. A 2018 account described five stumps ground out, overhanging branches trimmed back from a driveway and the area cleaned up afterwards.
The catch is that all of that is old. Every written customer account on file was posted between 2018 and 2021; nothing more recent exists on any review platform, even though the municipal record shows the company actively working in 2025. For a homeowner, this is a credible pick for grading, excavation, patios, retaining walls or a pool surround, with a verified registration behind it. Ask for references from the last two years rather than relying on the older reviews, and ask directly what the two-star Thumbtack rating was about.
