Great people and great service
We have had Green Acres Irrigation Company for over 20 years. They have always been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable regarding any issues we might have had throughout the years we have been with them. Every scheduled service has been well taken care of by courteous and friendly people who get the job done in a timely manner.
The receptionist was great. However, they showed up without letting me know when. After a reschedule, they called 5 times during that day to see if I would be there, then called 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel, while at the same time referring to the wrong account. After failing to show a third time, they showed up on a random day without scheduling. When I mentioned that the scheduling had been complex, the person (the owner) simply left. Absolutely untrustworthy and unreliable.
