This is a large, long-established municipal and commercial site contractor - the right call for athletic fields, park renovations and hydroseeding at scale, and an unusual choice for a small residential garden. Before hiring, ask directly about the safety record and about the complaint behind that one-star comment, and get recent references from comparable public projects.
