A lawn heavy with weeds, a few rounds of fertilizer and aeration, and then the neighbors start asking about it. That December 2024 review could stand in for several others: a May 2025 customer said a treatment plan for a crabgrass-choked, half-dead lawn saved them thousands; a November 2024 customer had been through a national company and two other local ones before finding Soldevilla; another that month went from thin and weedy to thick green. Fertilization and lawn-care programs are the company's main line, by its own description. It does more than turf. In May 2026 a customer had moss and wood chips cleared, loam and grass seed spread over the whole lawn, the sprinkler system repaired, shrubs planted and the gardens mulched. The site also covers mowing and landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, commercial grounds work and winter snow management out of Lakeville. Brian Soldevilla's name shows up in the reviews about as often as the company's, and so do his people — customers thank Kelvin and Erik directly, and an April 2025 customer whose husband had fired every previous landscaper was struck by how many staff turned up for the spring clean-up. The site calls the business family-owned, with Brian's decades in the trade, Kelvin Flores leading the crews and Erik Stanley on turf management. One loose end before you call. The Better Business Bureau's unclaimed file has the business starting in 2011, fifteen years back, while customers writing in late 2024 said they had used Soldevilla for twenty years and almost twenty. Ask how far back the current company goes — and ask for the program in writing: what each application is, when it lands, and what the season costs in total.
