My partner and I have recommended Rob Spinazzola multiple times to our buyers, always with excellent results. Rob brings an extensive background to this job. He was, for many years, a successful contractor, doing home renovations. Coupled to this is a warm outgoing personality that makes him easy to work with. Nonetheless, he does not duck making difficult calls when he needs to serve the buyers best interests. I endorse Rob whole heartedly!

Rob was extremely thorough during our home inspection. There wasn't one corner of the house that wasn't evaluated by him. He was extremely prompt with his reports as well. We appreciate his detailed approach and we wholeheartedly recommend him.
