Green Mountain Welding describes itself on its website as a year-round welding and fabrication shop that also sells and erects prefabricated steel buildings, and it names Swanton as its service area. On Google it shows 5 stars from 9 ratings. A 2026 Google reviewer wrote about a railing install, saying the railing was solid and clean and that the welder showed up when he said he would. A 2024 reviewer thanked Earl and his top hand for fixing their hitch during a long trip through New England and back to Colorado, and praised the fair rates. A 2024 customer who needed a custom aluminum cargo basket for a Sprinter Van said Doug and the owner came out, and that the result exceeded expectations.
Railing install!!!! If you’re looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing (and doesn’t disappear halfway through the job), this is your welder. The railing is solid, clean, and not going anywhere, which is great because neither am I if I lean on it 😅 Super easy to work with, showed up when he said he would, and did great work. Highly recommend.

Huge thanks to Earl and his top hand for fixing our hitch while we are on a long trip through New England and back to Colorado! What a phenomenal business, work ethic and fair rates! They now have a spot to visit in Colorado if they ever get away from the work life. We are so grateful 🙏
