The Shrewsbury company’s website describes a locally owned family business offering residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping, irrigation work and winter services. BBB names Bruno Amaral as the owner and lists the business as accredited with an A+ grade. Google shows a 4.3-star average from 35 ratings. A July 2026 customer says the crew pruned, weeded and mulched the entire front and back yard and that they would book again. Another July customer praises the team’s attention to detail while caring for the yard. Older accounts describe specific work: an August 2025 reviewer said the crew carefully preserved plants in wildflower beds that they had asked to leave untouched and completed the whole yard in one day. In another August 2025 review, a customer praised Bruno’s crew for property cleanup and pruning. A Shrewsbury homeowner writing in August 2024 described years of projects with Bruno and his crew, including mulch-bed cleanup, replacing bushes and beds with grass, and a six-day backyard irrigation project. They said the irrigation work fixed a water issue and praised Bruno’s flexibility, explanations and pricing. A September 2023 customer described shaping and trimming about 70 overgrown shrubs and praised responsiveness and price. Scheduling complaints are specific. A July 2026 reviewer says a consultation was missed after a call that morning trying to talk them out of the service. They say the office promised a callback, then did not return it or answer their next call. A May 2026 customer had scheduled bush removal and replacement within a Thursday–Friday window. They report repeated Friday assurances that someone would arrive, followed by no arrival or promised callback before the office closed. Snow service has also drawn complaints. In February 2025, a customer said plowing stopped midwinter without notice after they paid a January invoice, and that they learned of the cancellation only after repeated contact and an email. A January 2024 reviewer said the company backed out of a signed snow-removal contract at the last minute. Another January 2024 customer praised driveway plowing and shoveling in front of the garage and on the front stairs.

Green Paradise pruned, weeded, and mulched our entire front and back yard. Their work was beautiful for all the trees, bushes, shrubs and plants we have, and we have gotten many compliments on how nice our lawn looks after they came. We would be happy to book with them again!

Stay away from this company. Terrible experience. Booked a consult and got a call the morning of the appointment to try and talk me out of the service and then didn't show up at the scheduled time. When I called the office they said they would call the person coming to do the consult to find out what happened. The office said they would call me back. After 15 minutes no one called so I called the office and no one answered. Very unprofessional and total waste of my time.
I wish I couldgive them a minus. STAY AWAY from this business. They lie about everything. I scheduled them to remove and replace several bushes. They told me they would be at my home between Thursday and Friday. Annoying I had to put aside two days to be available but take it or leave it attitude. I received a committment in writing as well. By Friday noon, no one showed up. I called multiple times Friday afternoon and the office insisted someone would be there that afternoon. I was also told they work until 7pm so should not be any problems. By 3:45, still no one. I called again, explained I had the plants, the mulch, the planting soil, everything was ready. The office told me they would find out what was going on and call me back before closing at 4pm. 4pm came and went with no call. I called at 4:05, office was closed. HORRIFIC customer service. They could not be bothered to be honest with me. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
I just had my property cleaned up and some pruning done. Bruno’s crew did a fantastic job…very hard working men, and they left the property in immaculate condition. I’m thrilled with how everything looks. I’d highly recommend Green Paradise for anyone looking for quality work.
