Fantastic company. I dealt with Matt on an issue with my existing system and was very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and rapid response. I had an apparent failure of a micro-inverter, and after a month of getting the run around, I gave up on the previous company who worked on my system (based in Exeter NH). I honestly was beginning to think that all solar companies were the same, but I was wrong! In 3 days they came to my home and everything was corrected within an hour. I'm now getting a quote for 8 additional panels. I recommend them highly.

We had a solar system installed 2 years ago by a reliable and long time solar business in our area. Their business model changed, leaving us with no one to turn to if anything came up. Well, it did. It was a simple network connection problem, but we did not dare touch it. I found Green Sun Energy online and contacted Matthew with my problem. He was in the area a few days later and asked if he could come by. He fixed the problem and gave the whole system, from roof to basement breaker box and intact fixed a potential issue with mismatched breaker capacities. His price was reasonable. We were very happy with his work, his knowledge and would highly recommend him.

Matt was very helpful from the beginning. We had extensive damage from squirrels being under the panels. They chewed up all the wires and ruined all the optimizers. We're lucky there wasn't a fire and I wasn't sure we could afford to fix the panels! Matt helped identify the work that needed to be done and also was helpful in helping me identify that the roof should be replaced while the panels were down. He was super patient as we got various estimates on the roof and then had it done. After giving me an estimate for the whole job he fulfilled my requests for itemizing the estimate and was great at explaining each item. He did the job for the exact number on the estimate. He and his partner fulfilled everything on the estimate and over-performed by recutting some the brackets to make them exactly even that our original installer Boston Solar did not do when they were installed 10 years ago. I called Boston Solar this January when we realized the damage the squirrels had done and they gave me an estimate for the work. Boston Solar gave me an estimate for just taking the panels down, doing a diagnosis and reinstalling them. This did not include the repairs and parts which are the expensive part! I'm so glad I got a second opinion! For the same price Green Sun Energy took the panels down, diagnosed the problem, fixed all the panels by replacing all the optimizers, MC4 connectors, wires, flashing kits, reinstalled the panels AND added a Critter Guard. Matt and Green Sun Energy are definitely experts in the field. THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! THANK YOU MATT!

Green Sun Energy took my solar equipment down so my roofer could install a new roof. They coordinated the work and schedule and then came back after roof finished and reinstalled the equipment with some upgrades. They showed up when said would, communicated throughout and were super professional. Could not have asked for for more, exceeding my best expectations. Thanks Green Sun!!!
