Griff's Rubbish Removal says on Angi that it specializes in weekly curbside rubbish removal. A 2018 article on atholdailynews.com said Gary Griffith, owner of Griff's Rubbish Removal of Athol, had supported the Athol Lions Club's annual River Rat Race for more than 20 years, carting away the rubbish generated by visitors to Athol and Orange over the River Rat weekend. A recent customer calls it a family run business, says it offers a variety of services and plans to fit any budget, and says it does not take holidays off, so pickup still happens when the pickup day falls on a holiday. A 2024 customer said they got a quote right away and the junk was gone 2 days later, and that the company accepted cash, venmo, credit and debit. A 2023 customer said that on a blizzard day, the trash was emptied and the buckets were neatly flipped so no snow filled them. A 2021 customer said they had used his service for years and that he would pick up right away or call back promptly. A 2021 customer who had recently moved to Athol said they were friendly and always on time. In a 2019 Angi review, a customer said he would take tough jobs and remove anything, doing the job other rubbish companies would not, at competitive prices.
