Grizzly Home Inspections

Grizzly Home Inspections describes itself as an InterNACHI-certified team of bilingual home inspectors serving all counties in Connecticut, and says it has been in business for seven years. A recent Google customer said Octavio did their inspection in Plainville, CT, that the online portal was easy to navigate for signing documents and payment, and that the report was ready within a few hours after paying. A recent customer had the company perform a well water test in Killingly, CT, and said they showed up when they said they would. A recent customer wrote that Octavio and a helper were on time and added, "We love the use of the drone!" A recent realtor said the home report is detailed, which helps when working with a real estate transaction. A recent customer wrote in Spanish that he explains and details each finding from the inspection. A 2026 customer said Tav spent over 2 hours checking the property, including the basement, attic, and roof, and that the report with photos and repair recommendations came by the end of the day, which allowed them to negotiate a credit for a repair. A 2024 customer said the inspection pointed out some small roof damage and an aging HVAC system. A 2024 customer said they could not get into the home for 45 minutes and Octavio waited to carry out the inspection rather than rescheduling.
