It holds a 4.9 from 60 ratings on Google and a 4.7 from 24 on both Angi and HomeAdvisor. Explanations come up in 2026 reviews. A May 2026 customer, first-time homebuyers, said Robert "took the time to explain every detail clearly and thoroughly"; a September 2026 reviewer buying a mobile home for the first time said he "showed me all the necessary functions"; another May 2026 customer said Bob's report was "detailed and thorough" and that he made himself available on a holiday. A September 2026 reviewer said pricing is by square footage and saved them $150 over a standard quote. In August 2026, one customer described Bob helping install a back door and driving the customer to Home Depot after the wrong door was bought. Real estate agents write in too. A 2023 reviewer who has been a Realtor for over 15 years said Robert "is also a builder" and that his reports were "delivered the same day"; a 2024 agent said Bob reviews the report with clients before it is sent. A 2024 customer said Bob spoke with their potential homeowners insurer to clarify details about the house. One serious complaint is dated. In a March 2023 review, a customer who bought a house in the spring of 2018 said all the pipes froze the first winter, and that another inspector found the crawl-space insulation had fallen to the ground and said the original inspection had missed it; the customer reported paying $6,500 for spray foam insulation and about $3,000 for an emergency plumber.
